DIVING IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. Participation in diving training and competition at Alpha Diving Club involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

- Spinal cord injury
- Traumatic brain injury
- Drowning or water-related accidents
- Muscle strains and sprains
- Fractures and breaks
- Loss of consciousness
- Death
By enrolling in or participating in any Alpha Diving Club program, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants assume full responsibility for any injury, death, or property damage that may occur during training or competition activities.
Medical Fitness & Health Disclaimers
Alpha Diving Club does not provide medical advice or services. Before beginning any diving program, you should:
- Consult with a healthcare provider
- Disclose any medical conditions or injuries
- Ensure you are physically capable of diving
- Inform us of any medications you are taking
Certain conditions may contraindicate diving participation, including but not limited to respiratory conditions, heart conditions, ear or sinus problems, and recent surgeries. Alpha Diving Club reserves the right to refuse participation if we have concerns about a participant's health or safety.
Parental Liability Acknowledgment
Parents and legal guardians of minor participants acknowledge that they have read this disclaimer, understand the inherent risks of diving, and accept full responsibility for any injury or damage that may result from their child's participation in Alpha Diving Club programs.
Coach & Staff Qualifications
While our coaching staff brings significant expertise and experience, no coach can guarantee safety or prevent all injuries. Diving is an inherently risky activity regardless of coaching quality or facility standards. Our coaches follow industry-standard safety protocols, but accidents and injuries can still occur.
Equipment & Facility Disclaimer
Alpha Diving Club maintains diving equipment and facilities in accordance with industry standards. However, we do not warrant that:
- Equipment is entirely free from defects
- Facilities are perfect or completely safe
- Preventive measures will eliminate all risks
Participants use facility equipment at their own risk. We encourage all participants to inspect equipment before use and report any concerns to coaching staff immediately.
