OUR PROGRAMS
Two paths. Every level.
Whether your child is stepping onto a board for the first time or training for nationals, Alpha has a structured pathway built for them.
SCHOOL PATH
Where every diver starts.
The School path develops fundamentals in a safe, progressive environment. Divers move through three levels at their own pace, building toward invitational competitions and high school diving.
2 hours / week
School I
Entry-level diving for brand-new athletes. Learn body position, basic approach, and water safety in a fun, low-pressure environment.
4 hours / week
School II
Intermediate fundamentals. Divers build their first dive list, compete at invitationals, and develop technique and consistency.
6 hours / week
School III
Advanced school-path training. Divers prepare for high school diving and invitational competition with a broader dive list.
